The innovative gluing press with high-frequency technology provides quality, flexibility and capacity as from batch size 1 when producing solid-wood boards. Particularly the suitability of the press for small and medium-sized enterprises that have to react fast to the demands of the market when producing boards is a major advantage.The pressing bed with a size of 2,500 x 1,300 mm also enables extrusion pressing allowing board lengths of more than 2,500 mm. 

Short pressing times from one minute onwards and fastest glue curing guarantee a high output. Level surfaces and firmly closed glue joints distinguish the solid-wood boards produced with the DIMTER press.

As the world market leader in the sector of the optimizing cut-off saws DIMTER shows two models from the actual product range: In Milan the OptiCut S 90 is interlinked with a Powermat 500 into a size-cutting system for the subsequent window production. The sliding saw offers high cutting accuracy with uncomplicated handling and is extremely productive. The size-cutting line is optimally equipped for the 1-man operation.The operator can fill the generous cross-wise transport and subsequently sort the finished planed raw squares that are identified by labels, whilst

 the line works off the buffered wooden pieces. Because of the 100% separation of the waste by the patented waste disposer the trouble-free operation is guaranteed.  An accuracy package takes care of a positioning accuracy of ± 0,1 mm.

With the powerful all-rounder of the performance class OptiCut 200 Elite DIMTER emphasizes its leadership in technology. The intelligently controlled feed system VarioSpeed minimizes the spaces between the work pieces and enables uninterruptible cutting off resulting in an output plus of up to 20% in comparison to traditional systems. The output of the saw becomes independent of the operators' marking times. Shortest cutting times and controlled cutting cycles are possible with the servo stroke of the saw. Measuring wheels independent of the feed provide highest accuracy for the fully optimizing unit. The cut-off saw is equipped with an intuitive touch screen OptiCom Direct Control where up to 350 product groups can be stored.
