With its VarioTisch, which was presented to the public at XYLEXPO
2006, HOLZ-HER REICH Spezialmaschinen had provided a possibility for the
change-over of CNC machining centres to new applications within 15
seconds. With this optional machining table for CNC machining centres of
HOLZ-HER's PRO-MASTER series, the machine manufacturer from Nurtingen
offers the possibility of being able to position the consoles and
suction pads automatically via the control system of the machine.
The VarioTisch is
equipped with a single-circuit vacuum system, and with consoles and
vacuum suction pad holders which can be positioned in a motor-driven
manner. The suction cups consist of 80 x 80 mm or 80 x 40 mm flat
suction pads with a push-button valve. These block the vacuum in the
out-of-use state. The user can concentrate fully on the machining
sequences and no longer has to manually position all the consoles and
suction pads, as was previously the case. All the user has to do is
enter the workpiece on the control system and position the workpiece
above the workcentre on the appropriate machining table.
The control system
optimizes the necessary consoles and suction pads and automatically
moves them into position in a motor-driven manner. The operator no
longer has to perform any manual actions, but rather merely has to place
the workpiece on the suction pads and against the stops and then the
workpiece can immediately be clamped and machined. |
