The CNC complete
processing for complex work pieces is the latest
wienig
production technology. Two processing units and intelligent
clamping technology provide teamwork and enable tremendous
time saving. With the profiling center new opportunities are
also opened in the sector of window construction. Conturex
takes over the job of several machines in one single run.
The complete processing of windows and profiles is possible
in a fully automatic sequence in a clamping of up to a
length of 4.5 m. |

Crosswise processing, Lengthwise
processing, drilling the dowel holes, sinking the hardware
and profiling the outer contour - everything is done most
precisely and in the logical sequence. Conturex 3000 with
feed and outfeed mechanization can be interconnected with a
DIMTER cut off saw Opticut S90 and an automatic WEINIG
moulder Powermat 500. The Opticut S90 cuts fixed lengths
according to a pre determined bill of materials and cuts out
defects. The electro pneumatic waste disposer takes care
of removal of waste parts and reliable sorting of cuts
lengths. This is of major importance in particular for the
interconnection with the moulder. |

The connected moulder takes over
the pre planning of the work pieces. In this interconnection
the powermat 500 captivates by its excellent performance
potential, Shortest set-up times by PowerLock technology and
easy adjustment with PowerCom Software. After planning the
workpieces are transferred into the workpieces buffer of the
conturex. |

The X5 five-axis work center
from Morbidelli SCM Group is known for its power,
flexibility and ability to offer high end technical
solutions. The structural solidity, 5 axes unit efficiency
and wide solutions available for workholding are some of the
outstanding qualities. |

With author X5 evolution,
Morbidelli offers an innovative version with high
versatilityand productivity use. The area of working
table can reach 6,700 X 1,780 mm, in order to suit
working requirements from office furniture to customized
design. The boring head holds up to 36 independent
spindles; the whole kit of drilling bit is always
available, in order to produce different pieces in
faster time. An additional routing unit has been
installed and it is euipped with a six position tool-
room type rapid, that allows tool change while the main
unit is working, reducing cycle times and increasing
productivity. |

The brand new tool room holds
24 (12 in Smaller one) tools. Both routing units can take
automatically the tools from this tool room, optimizing the
tool change and working times. The working table and vacuum
cups positioning can be fully automated in order to set up
quickly the working area. |
