HYDRO-M

The range of membrane presses HYDRO-M consists of an high resistance cell structure with high thickness stell plate, the strength of which enables a perfect airtight outer closing with the exclusion of any risk of break through the forming room. This permits to satisfy all the Customer's demands both in terms of quality and productivity. 

The range HYDRO-M is equipped with tanks and membranes heated with thermal fluids (diathermic oil, hot water), possibility of double tank. The trays maintain constantly parallel and equidistant thus enabling the achievement of the high forming pressures necessary for shaped veneers with natural wood.

It is equipped with a DOUBLE WORK BENCH and a SIDEWAYS SLIDING TOP HEAD in order to allow a continuous work cycle.

Hydro-M is easy to be programmed and all the functions are managed by a P.L.C. Description on display of each working function.

Very easy to operate and with reduced maintenance , the press HYDRO-M can work with or without membrane and also using both tradional or new materials such'as PP, PPE , ABS , Polyuester, Transfer.


ECO-M

The range ECO-M arises from the experience aquired in the field of high pressure and high productivity forming presses. Thanks to its reduced purchase cost, this press is expecially indicated in those cases where the model PRO-M would be too expensive.

The model ECO-M is the result of a constant search addressed to the design of a machine practical, economic, easy to operate and maintain, safe and with reduced overall dimensions. It consists of two side-by-side working trays, of an upper sliding plate and of a brand-new closing system with pneumatic cells.

Some of the advantages offered by the press ECO-M are:

- Very simple to use and with reduced maintenance operations;
- High load / unloading easiness: the plate is assembled on sliding guides; and
- Electrically heated plate: that is no heating system and no pipes.
